What It Does

A system that works while you are not looking

This is a personal operating system inside Telegram. Instead of switching between Gmail, Calendar and a task list, you talk to one assistant. Ask to see unread emails, create a meeting for tomorrow at 3pm, or add a task like buy gift for client presentation, and it does it. It also remembers context, so you can follow up with reschedule that to Friday and it understands which event you mean. It is ideal for founders and operators who want to manage their day without opening multiple apps.

Inbox, calendar and tasks handled from one chat, with fewer app switches and fewer missed follow ups.

Outcome
How It Works

Every Telegram message goes through a Switch that routes by intent. Simple commands like show tasks go straight to Google Sheets, while open ended requests go to an AI agent with three tools. The agent can read and send Gmail, read free slots and create or reschedule Google Calendar events, and read or add rows in a Sheets task list. Memory keeps short term context so follow ups work naturally. A scheduled trigger also supports reminders, checking calendar events and notifying you in Telegram before a meeting. All actions are confirmed back in chat with clear summaries.
