A system that works while you are not looking

This factory builds cinematic video ads from simple image inputs. You submit a product image, brand image and a short brief through a form, or add a row to a sheet, and it generates six coordinated scenes plus an end screen. It is designed for ecommerce and performance teams that need many ad variants quickly. The same workflow can run as a form for one off requests and as a queue for bulk production, so both ad hoc and campaign needs are covered.

Two triggers feed the same pipeline. A Form trigger handles single requests, a Sheets trigger watches a queue for new rows. Product and brand images are uploaded and stored, then a code step splits the brief into six scene descriptions. The first and sixth scenes are generated first through Kie.ai with Flux to lock look and feel. Once approved, scenes two to five are generated with consistent character and style. Each image is checked for completion, stored via an upload endpoint, logged in Sheets, and then assembled into video. The final status is written back to the same row so the sheet always shows what is ready.
